290 Green Apricot Peach Organic – 3 gram.
frozen mango 2 DL
fresh peach – 1 STK.
Boiling Water – 500 ML.
Vanilla kvark 2 DL
Boil the water add the tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, let it cool in the refrigerator in a hour.
make a pure of your frozen mango, use a blender
Take out the chilled tea from the refriguator and ad the mango pure
Peal & Slice the peach and add it to the tea and mango
mix in the vanilla kvark
Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds
Place your popsicles in the freezer for approx. 4 -5 hours or until completely frozen.
