Prices

Prices are quoted excluding VAT in the webshop. We reserve the right to price adjustment without prior notice.

Payment terms

Payment terms 30 days net, always counted from invoice date. After the due date, the interest rate is charged at 8% per month and upon reminder the statutory reminder fee is charged. Remarks on invoice must be made within 10 days.

Terms and Conditions

Free shipping for order value higher than SEK 6.000,- in Sweden, NOK 10.000,- in Norway  and EUR 600,- for the rest of norway excluding VAT.

Deliveries

Orders are normally dispatched the following weekday and are usually delivered 1-2 weeks after the expedition date. ordering Goods Products that we do not stock are marked as order items and will be delivered at a later date. Freight release limits are also applied here.

Force majeure

We reserve ourselves for circumstances beyond our control eg. strike, data breach, weather conditions, etc.

Incoming inspection

When receiving the goods, always check that all packages are delivered and that no item or package is damaged. If an item is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made directly to our carrier on the consignment note.

Returns / complaints

Always contact Customer Service sales@teministeriet.com or +46 (0)76 168 89 94, before returning the goods. Notification must be made within 8 days of receipt. Upon return, only unbroken packages are accepted. Returns issued by customer service must accompany the goods. We replace any returns with a new item, another item or credit your corresponding item’s value. Co-deliveries or transport damaged goods Teministeriet is responsible for the return freight for shipment or damaged goods.
